Ramgopal Varma has directed movie 'Adavi' which was produced in Telugu by Natti Kumar, now RGV is going to make 'Rakta Charitra' for which its understood that same Natti Kumar is taking over rights of this movie as well. This movie would be officially launched on 10th September. Already women unions are getting ready for agitation for this movie as well.
