Geetha Arts buys distributions rights of Krishnavamsi’s “Mahatma” for Rs.6 Crores

Srikanth’s 100th film “Mahatma” is all set to release on Oct 2nd.The film directed by Krishnavamsi has been made with a budget of Rs.13 crores. Latest news is that the distribution rights have been bought by Allu Aravind’s Geeta Arts for Rs.6 Crores on a minimum guarantee basis. The film is being aggressively promoting the film by the Geeta Arts team which is being headed by Allu Sirish. “Mahatma” will hit the screens worldwide on Gandhi Jayanti with around 135 prints. Bhavana, of Ontari fame, is playing the lead role opposite Srikanth.
