Pyramid Saimira Productions International Limited has issued a legal notice to popular film star Kamal Hassan and his Rajkamal Films international, threatening to initiate civil and criminal proceedings against them if they failed to repay Rs.10.90 Cr together with 24 percent interest given to them for producing a movie titled “Marmayogi”. They both have arrived with an MOU dated April, 2008 to produce a film “Marmayogi” jointly in Tamil and Hindi languages for an estimated cost of Rs.100Cr. Pyramid alleged that Kamal Hassan has assured that he bestow his attention on this project and that he would not act in any other picture till the picture will be completed and released.
