Sanghavi starred in the movie 'Shiva Rama rao', 'Maa Alladu Very Good' and other movies later she starred in glamorous role in the movie 'Erra Gulabi', through this movie she felt a lot for loosing the image. Later she got chance to act in the movie 'Manmadha Rajyam', she surprised everybody having accepted the movie. In another movie she was asked to wear bikini for which its understood that she has rejected the offer. But she has agreed to show as much glamor as required by producer.
