Hansika’s de-stressing secrets

The best way to effectively de-stress myself is to repeatedly chant, Nam Myo Ho Renge Kyo. I’m a strong follower of Buddhism and chanting this greatly calms me down.
Other than that there is nothing better than to go to a spa every once in a while to re-energise my batteries and and relax at the same time. Whenever I get free time, I make it a point to spend it with my family and friends by going out for dinners, movies or long drives. Listening to music and photography are also great stressbusters.
