‘Bumper Offer’ is the upcoming movie starred by Sai Ram Shankar as hero who happens to be brother of Puri Jaganath was all set for release on 9th October but due to floods in the state makers of the movie have decided to release the movie on 16th of October.  It is indeed difficult to market the movie after such an unscrupulous natural calamity as people and distributors may not be in entertainment mood.
